I awake with the birds this morning. Hear their cheerful chirps while I check the Weather Channel report for today. It's warm outside with gray skies. We're expecting rain, lots of it, with the possibility of strong storms...Spring is coming! I saw my first flowering tree yesterday! There are daffodils popping up here and there too. Yes, spring is coming!

This weekend I plan to plant the tulip bulbs that are hibernating in my shed. Hopefully, it's not too late? I'm still amazed that the pansies have continued to bloom all winter! We need the rain. There is a feeling of anticipation this morning. The birds feel it too...
